1111bat Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1111bat platform, including the website at 1111bat.io, the 1111bat mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 1111bat ("we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the 1111bat Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1111bat Platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

1111bat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the 1111bat Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 1111bat does not permit minors to use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 1111bat employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

1111bat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. We take age verification seriously — it is not a formality.

If you become ineligible after registering — for example, if your jurisdiction changes its laws regarding online gaming — you are responsible for notifying 1111bat and ceasing use of the Platform immediately.

To access the full features of the 1111bat Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 1111bat Platform. If we detect that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited without notice. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 1111bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 1111bat account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

1111bat is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

1111bat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are typically credited to your 1111bat account within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request during normal operating conditions. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not optional.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to an account not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited.
• 1111bat does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

All bets placed on the 1111bat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 1111bat system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 1111bat is not responsible for bets placed in error.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a void event — such as a match being abandoned or cancelled — bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. 1111bat is not liable for any inability to place or amend a live bet during a suspension period.
• 1111bat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds, or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated.

For casino games and fishing games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game. 1111bat does not manipulate game outcomes.

1111bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or markets specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• 1111bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1111bat Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1111bat staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to 1111bat's systems.

1111bat monitors all activity on the Platform and uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe another player is engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to our support team.

All content on the 1111bat Platform — including but not limited to the 1111bat name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of 1111bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the 1111bat name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 1111bat's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you wish to use any 1111bat content for any purpose, contact us first.

1111bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and betting history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

1111bat may share your data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform — such as payment processors and identity verification services — under strict data processing agreements. • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Any technical errors, delays, or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1111bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your 1111bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

1111bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose 1111bat to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 1111bat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

1111bat may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless we are required to make immediate changes for legal or regulatory reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
